Look, No Hands! Tesla’s Plan To Have Driver-less Cars In The Next 3 Months

He has personally overseen the development of some of the most incredible inventions of the 21st century – from Paypal to SolarCity, hyperfast magnet trains to renewable rockets, and his eponymous luxury electric car company. Musk’s next claim to fame could be the first actively used driver-less vehicles.

Musk has just announced that Tesla cars that were manufactured and sold October 2014 or later, and all forthcoming “Model X” vehicles, will be able to use the auto-drive software currently in development.
