She does not want to come forward and claim winnings if she cannot remain anonymous. This is one brilliant lady! How insightful she is that she recognizes how much her life would change if it was public knowledge that she had so much money. Her confidence and her appreciation of the life she has now are truly worthy of respect. Somehow, she gets it, that this money should only be to enhance her current life rather than to interfere with it.
